Key performance indicators derived from the valuation will assist in determining if profit and value gaps exist and if they do, we will work to close them.

You have carried the load of meeting payroll, dealing with vendors, managing employees and courting customers. So what do you want from all of that hard work and tremendous responsibility? How will you reap the rewards of owning a business? Too often small business owners fail to consider what they want from what they’ve built. I will provide you with objective feedback and help you prioritize practical goals for the business and for yourself. When and if necessary, I can connect you with other professional service providers (CPAs, Attorneys, Wealth Managers, etc.) to ensure success.

What is your plan to get what you want?

Once you have determined what you want from your business, it is time to create a plan to get there. I will help you create continuity, succession and exit plans which will work in conjunction to get you to your goals. This will involve ensuring that you have the right people in the right roles, identifiable processes and a clearly communicated purpose and core values by which you and your employees (family members included) abide. It will involve establishing a pragmatic vision, practical (and stretch) goals, effective actions, clear tasks and deliverables that are easy to measure, improving the health and value of your business. Day-to-day operations and life itself consume your time and energy and discussions regarding continuity and succession can be stressful; I can make it easier.
